The rooms were airy and silent with a bedroom and a kettle, plus large windows. the breakfast was very good, with basic ingredients. - the staff was cooperative. - the location of the hotel was particularly good, close to the subway. Plus, the hotel's location near the subway makes getting around the city a breeze.

A nicely located hotel (the nearest metro station is within 15-minute walk).

Since we were where for one night only we didn't face any problems exept for the fact that we were a group og 4 people and the room had 2 large beds with one blanket each.

Situated very close to European buildings. Good for going to EPSO competitions. Room was clean. Comfortable bed. Breakfast room was nice enough. Good possibility to left luggage in storage place at hotel after check-out for all day. Nice hotel staff.

My room possibly was specific - out of normal corridor, up to back staircase. Doors were with big gaps. Noise from neighbours. Repairement have to be done in toilet and bathroom. Floor in room and doors squeaked very noisy. Fan did not work. Toillet paper was in symbolic amount only. In night electricity disappeared and did not come back in morning. At 7.00 in morning an escavator started to work under windows. If price would not be so high - then no problems. But I think for my specific room price was near twice high as it have to be. I only hope other rooms are better in this hotel.

Superb location for eu business. You can walk to many institutions within 10 minutes. My room was spacious and comfortable. Friendly staff. Good breakfast, though 14eur is a bit too high.

Toilet and bathrooms are separated, toilet does not have a whash hand basin, to wash hand you need to go in another room; it is not very hygienic.The moment I had to pay, the person at the desk told me that my credit card was blocked; I had to calll my bank and spend at leat 15 minutes in an international call to realise that it was a fault of the connection at the hotel. No excuses for what happened, of course from the personat the desk for the inconvenience caused. Internet connection was not working properly during the 2 days stay

A very good hotel if you pay less than 60 Euros (as in Brussels), a less good hotel if you pay > 100 Euros. Rooms are big, but everything a bit old, not maintained, basic.

Lack of lights in the room. Bathroom is very basic.

Convenient private parking available right on the premises. It's just a quick 15-minute stroll to the nearest subway station 🚶‍♂️.

high price compared to value given.(I haven't seen your home page. The room was booked by our office. The reason I stayed a night in your hotel was unavialability of other hotels in Brussels these days.)

The quadruple room is big enough for our family. Complete with mini bar. Everything is good for the rate & the hotel star. Nothing to complain.
